So this thread is hopefully going to become the place where people come to brag  about amazing trades they have made with everything from guitars to sports cars (see that even rhymed). So, if you have ever made (what you think is) an amazing trade let us know here and we'll hopefully drool over  your amazing success :)

I traded steam trading cards for csgo skins. 

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

I'll go first, I bought a B.C. Rich Warlock Bronze bass for $100 which I thought was a good deal, unfortunately it turned out to be extremely broken, IE the volume knob crackled and paint was all chipped. Got a message yesterday about a guy selling a Musicman dual coil 5string bass and he wanted to  trade for mine. Did a quick trade, took his bass home and looked it up, a $1500 valued bass :P

Now a Fail from me, I had an M-AUDIO Oxygen 61 Keyboard that I bought for $75. Some guy bought it off me for 120 (was going price at the time). Next day I had a client walk in and ask me to produce a song for them (I needed to get a Midi Keyboard) so I ended up shelling out close to $400 to get another 61. Prices jumped almost x4 in one day on all MIDI keyboards.

All the way back when Age of Conan released, they used to send you pre order bonus codes before the game launched. So I ordered the game 3 times with different pre order bonuses, and cancelled them all after I was emailed my codes.

 

Then I found out they were separating US and EU servers, and two of my codes wouldn't work in EU, so I listed them on EBay.

 

Got over £100 for each one o.O

That's not really a fail....well maybe for the buyer I suppose.

I traded an pentium d for a core 2 duo at my friends house

 

pentium d is *way faster* because it is d for 4 as d is the fourth number and 4 > 2 duh

Way back in the hayday of Runescape, my brother scammed over 6M in gold. Back then that was an insane amount. He sold his account for $80, then bought it back for $30 as a different alias. He was always so good with convincing people how much things were worth.

I traded a custom ps2 (clear acryllic case and rgb LEDs) for a new in box ps4 that hadnt even been used. (The ps2 was free, mods cost 50$ and i sold the ps4 for 350$ so i made a 300$ profit!)

GG Boyz GG. I just scored again, traded a 600W sony amp for a set of Kenwood 6*9s and 50$. Bought the amp for $20, sold it for 50 plus the speakers (probs another 50 XD)
