When i just use google chrome and some few programs it is Cpu: 33°C and Gpu: 40°C

U got no experience of this stuff at all, huh?

Download "Open Hardware Monitor", play ur most resources-needing game for some half an hour and tell us your max temperatures.

100 Degree Celsius for the CPU and 98 Degree Celsius for the GPU.

typical recommendation for intel, no more than 80ºC on cpu, gpu can get a little warmer like 90º   technically they can usually go higher but you start running the risk of damage if they don't throttle and behave like they're supposed to

Max temperature is literally max you get with current hardware and cooler in most stressing situation. Like while running stress test. Then there's other temperatures which people refer with term "max". Max safe temperature is what you look when overclocking. Its something like 85-90C with Intel CPUs, 90C with GPUs and 75C with AMD CPUs. Max temp for certain configuration is what you tell us. Its good base to start troubleshooting anything temp related or to think if you need to change something in your cooling.

 

With stock cooling, you are looking at 75C normal gaming or high load temps on CPU, with 80C possible max under stress (I haven't run stock cooler in while). GPU will be around 75C too under normal loads. I would think 75C is good max temp for current gen GPUs.
