Those are very old memory chips in the 1980-1990 era. They are called SIMM. Memory today is mostlt known as DIMM.
The 486 referred to a generation of processors. Intel CPUs use x86 instruction set architecture so for about a decade or so, cpu generations used that nomenclature. 286, 386, 486, 586 and then the pentium name took over.
