RAM configuration, will it work fine ?

i don't really like to mix rams but sometimes i can do nothing about it. anyway, i have two ram kits they're both from Corsair

http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-pro-series-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr3-dram-2400mhz-c11-memory-kit-cmy16gx3m2a2400c11a

http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-pro-series-32gb-4-x-8gb-ddr3-dram-2400mhz-c11-memory-kit-cmy32gx3m4a2400c11r

i have one kit from each model, they're both 2400Mhz, 8GB, the same timing the same voltage, everything. the only thing is that the red version can be used in quad channel mode while the gold version only support dual channel mode

would i face any problem putting them together ? and I'm willing to overclock them as well !

thats fine, there basically the same so its totally fine :) 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

really good to hear, cause i did buy both of those kits for 50£ they are the same model so i didn't think it would make any difference until i saw them in corsair's website.
