Any monitor arm recommendations

I hope this is the right place for this. I'm looking for a wall-mounted monitor arm for a 27 to 32 inch monitor. I primarily want to be able to move the monitor to be orthogonal to the all with a good 10 cm gap to the wall. Are there any recommended brands or products?

And do you have a monitor in mind? They can vary a lot in weight

From what I have seen so far have budgeted around 150,-€. Though it's not a hard limit. 
6,5kg give or take would be the weight of the monitor.
