i7-6700k 4.2 GHz/1.350 V, 92 degrees Max during RealBench, what should I do?

Something to consider is that you may want to buy something like AIDA64 Extreme in the future so that you can set up On Screen Displays on your desktop so that you can monitor all system vitals regularly.  You'll learn a great deal about your PC's hardware by doing this.

An example of the OSD on my desktop.

I'm doing another test for 15 m just to be sure

I hope your realize that you've still got a lot of work ahead of you.  Even if it passes, you need to run some additional stress tests and RealBench again, but for a longer period.  You're also going to need to do something very similar when you start to overclock the CPU Cache.  You may not finish this up tonight.

when i went to bios the voltage was on 1.265 and i didn't added that before, why?.

when i saved % exit, it shows 1.260 > 1.265

maybe it changes automatically?.

No idea.   I just had a bad storm roll in so I'm getting off the computer.  I'll be watching the thread via my phone, but I think you have things under control now.

I will keep doing that until no instability warning.

another thing is that the BIOS doesn't let me to add 0.01v, just allow me to add 0.05.

Now you're a little stable.  I'd run it for one hour and then run a couple of other stress tests like OCCT and AIDA64 for an hour each.  If you pass all of that, you should be good to go.

By the way, those temps are great considering that you are overclocked and running the PC in an ambient temp of 30c.

Don't worry about CPU cache overclocking until you've confirmed CPU stability with the additional testing I just mentioned above.  You want to get the CPU overclock 100% stable before doing anything else or you'll have nightmares trying to track down what may be causing instability.

Good, thanks bro.

I will use OCCT now for 1 hour and then RealBench again for 1 hour and tomorrow we can continue, you must be tired jeje

What options do I need to have here?, I don't understand this program.

Select the CPU:Linpack tab and then make sure that all three boxes are checked before starting the test.

I had a similar problem with an h60. For me, the cooler wasn't completely filled, causing the pump to self destruct. With Corsair coolers, even when the pump is sucking air it is still dead quiet. I contacted Corsair and they sent me a replacement. Do you have another computer you could strap it to, just to double check?

Ryzen 7 3700X

Aorus GTX 1080ti

G.Skill TridentZ 3200MHz 2x8GB

Corsair SFX 750W

Phanteks Evolve Shift Air (glass front)

2x Corsair Force GS 120GB SSD (RAID 0)

There's nothing wrong with his cooler.

no really.

I don't have another pc to try the cooler.

But, this pump is dead silent, 0dbl. If I touch it i can not feel any movement at all, just the vibration of the tubes.
