Which is better 1 fan 230mm or 2 fans 120mm?

I have a Bitfenix Phenom Micro ATX and I'am wondering what of these 2 fans options are better for my case.

The 230mm is going to move nearly twice as much air, so can move the same amount of air while running at 1/2 the speed, as two 120mm fans.

For the quieter operation, a low rpm 230mm.

So should I buy the 230mm fan?

offcourse its gonna depend on the specific fans' quality offcourse.

but generally bigger fan = more quiet (because bigger fans usually spin slower)

something to keep in mind is that there's very limited selection in 230mm fans, heavily limiting your options in finding quality fans compared to the very popular 120 and 140mm sizes.

Bigger fan, quieter with usually more air flow and less cables to hook up.
