Did i fell dfiference in games between SSD EVO 850 and Crucial Bx 100 ?

Hi. Is any sense to buy and pay more for SSD SAMSUNG Evo 850 250 GB than SSD CRUCIAL BX 100? Is any performance difference in games? I am only gaming.

In games? No. Loading games? There's a bit of a difference, but really nothing significant. 

Both are good, go for the BX100 if you want to save the money, you won't really be missing out on anything.

Well guessing from the specs Samsung will be little faster, but i cant really tell you in seconds. If max of  +/- 5/10sec dont border then its fine...... 

 

But at all i think its worth to pay little extra for Samsung, call me Fanboy but i trust them more than Crucial.

I recently switched form a Mushkin SSD to a Samsung 850 Evo and didn't notice any significant differences in performance. Also SSD's are mostly helpful for loading times in games but have rarely any impact on frame rates.

SSD doesnt impact FPS just the loading and boot times.

I went a cheaper route and bought a SanDisk and I'm not complaining.

No difference at all. They primarily effect loading times, with some games having texture pop-in with slower drives, depending on how the game manages loading textures.

BX100 is really close to the 850 evo, and it's cheaper, and i've been using it for over a year and it's been nothing but fantastic

In term of FPS no. But loading speeds are much faster. 

 

Something that a heavily modded skyrim will find useful.

There's a lot of things that factor into how quickly a game loads, and it's usually down to optimization on the part of the developer. Some games are very sensitive to storage performance, and for others not as much. While some games load much faster from an SSD, it's not true across the board that all games load noticeably faster. Basically I wouldn't suggest an SSD solely for it's purported effects on gaming—there's a much more dramatic difference in desktop application use and Windows operations.
