Good monitor choices

ppj_101

Guys I need the cheapest well performing, higher-than-average refresh rate, 1080p monitor you can find. Any suggestions? The refresh rate should be above 60Hz but preferably above 100Hz. And the response time should ideally be less than or equal to 5ms.
