There wernt no limitations to hbm1   the limitations was from the fiji xt..where it couldn't fit more on the interposer without making it larger..

You say the "hardware specifications" were leaked... the only thing that was "leaked" was a new wireless NIC. That doesn't say anything.

Maybe it's something like we saw late model 360's? Spencer said that there aren't going to be any "upgrades" to the One, it's possible that this is more to just improve on things outside of the consoles performance. Things like power consumption, noise, thermals etc.
