That psu is awful and will explode on you and getting a cheaper motherboard with an i5 could lower it a bit, but how low do you want it to go?

Not really that low but I need it to run two 1080p displays 22-24inches  Will do to make my work efficient

Can also run games decently

But most of the time I'll be using it for graphics design

my two cents: its never a good idea to go cheap on your things, spend an extra buck to get a more reliable component to make sure your $1000 machine is working is worth it imo

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Do you have a problem playing games at medium settings? If not you can lower the gpu to somthing like a 950 or 750ti. You can also consider to buy used parts.

IS the content that you are going to steam by any chance Is gaming ?

Do you have a diffrent machine to play the games ? If so , Do you plan on recording the games on a diffrent PC and editing it in this build ?

There is so many questions about your motives here , And where do you live ? Im asking this becasue of the prices. America ? Europe ? Asia ?

Might i suggest to drop the Nvidia GPU over a AMD GPU ? Yes , I know it has driver issues but sense you are going to stream and edit and game , The R9 line should do well.

Oh boy.....

This blurres the line right here.

So you want to stream but you dont stream that much at all...?

You dont play games that much becasue of the IGPU...?

You live in the phillipines but the parts are coming from Cali.

Why do you want to make this hard on your self ? Just tell your uncle to send you the money, Buy the parts from china or a philliphines tech shop and get it done.

A Xeon is suited for server work , And this is coming from a person who doesnt know jack about servers.

Bruh , I live in finland , And ALV ( aka alvin i like to call it ) is high as hell in here , Higher than snoop dogg smoking his weed.

America might look cheap , But one's you factor in the import taxes , It wont be no diffrent from buying from your local tech store.

Im sorry to say this but, Either save up or buy it from other asian contries, Chaina or Taiwan or hell , Even Mangolia.
