Cheapest PSU for this?

Guest

So my brother has a basic pre built AM3+ system (FX4100, 8GB RAM), and I want to do something nice for him and that god forsaken potato of his. I wanted to give him my GTX 480, but being a pre built system, the power supply is super crappy. I don't wanna cheap out or anything, but have a pretty limited budget of maybe $50. I would love to go lower if the PSU is somewhat reliable, and let me know if I could get something really good for just slightly more, but otherwise, around $50 would be perfect.

Not a good idea to pair with the hottest GPU in existence.

The EVGA 650W GQ is usually around 70 USD while the 750B2 (probably the better option for you) is around the same price. Either will do.

This guy has 700W, is EVGA, 5 eggs on Newegg and costs $50...  It's no G2 but I think it might work with a 3 year warranty:

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.
