FREEDOS installation conflicting me from booting into windows

i did not complete the fredos installation because i realized i was installing it to the wrong drive. i reset and now the bios thinks theres no os on the drive. i tried unplugging the sata connectors but that didnt help. but in fdisk, all the data usage still shows up, since i had completley filled up the drive. help plz? thanks!

the drive also still shows up in the bios utility and the boot menu, and Fdisk says its a non-dos format, so thats probably the windows partition of 114 gb on my 120 gb drive
