Is this a good budget starter build?

I am 15, I'm in school, have an after school job, and am also a YouTuber. Is the setup at the following link a good starter setup? I already have 2 monitors, that's why there are no monitors on the list. I also have some other miscellaneous stuff for my setup in the list as well, so please ignore the rest of the stuff that isn't the actual build.

I know everything will work together, I have a friend that literally builds computers for a living and he helped me pick everything.

Alright, fair enough. It's just a handy site that helps new builders plan their rigs, so I linked it.

My friend recommended it to me, I used it to pick everything, and found it all on Amazon...

instead of starter, save money and build big. and dont get a Pentium G3258. That is saying no to the future.

A message from my friend that builds computers for a living: "it's not exactly saying no to the future for a few reasons: the Pentium G3258 is based off the Haswell microarchitecture, which is not old at all. Sure, it's 2016 now, but this microprocessor has great OC ability, and the upgrade path is also pretty nice in my opinion. You could go up to an I7-4790k-49xx, which is still widely used in gaming rigs. Sure, he'll be stuck on Haswell until he gets a new board, but that's his choice. That's just my opinion."
