295x2 Video Output Error In PC Desk

Samsung 250gb SSD
WD 3TB HDD
16gb 2400mhz Corsair RAM
1000w EVGA G2 PSU
ASUS PB278Q
PROBLEMS when booting display off gpu
-line in middle of screen (except in AMI)
-renders in 720p
-screen shuts off periodically
SOLUTIONS I have tried
new drivers (obviously)
different cable
DVI(got no signal at all
BIOS(there are no display settings 
I have fixed all my other issues by running off onboard for the time being; on onboard it renders perfectly and I have had almost no display issues

Reset any overclocks. Turn clocks down anyways/up the voltage.
