Pc for my parents

Hi guys,

My parents cam up with the idea that i should build a pc for them since I build my own a year ago. And I need help with deciding parts.

The current pc they use is from 2008 and is super slow and freezes often. They want it cheap but good. I know may way around what parts I need and how to build it, but I dont know how low end I should go while still being a good pc.

The main purpose of this computer is:

-using internet

-using word/excel/powerpoint

-and some (not demanding) programs like Simple photo software ect.

Must haves:

-ssd

What kind of processor is cheap but still good enough to do these task fast now and in the future. I dont know what processors are overkill for this low end machine.

We have and good working gtx 620, but not sure if this is useful in this computer.

The build doesnt have real budget, just cheap but good for a low end user. HOW CHEAP CAN  I GO? (what generation?)

I hope you guys can help me! :P
