At this price, scrapyard wars style. If your buying new, not really worth it until you´ve saved about $600.

I was thinking of doing a build with the anniversary pentium CPU to really just overclock the shit out of it with some badass water cooling haha!

Worst idea ever. You don't need a watercooler to cool that cpu, and the 860k is way better for gaming
