GTX 770 fan all over the place

The fan seam really noisy and the fan tachometer is all over the place for no reason
It seam like there is a off set in the driver regarding the 0 rpm = 0 pwm

I use afterburner for all the gpu fan controle.

Have you checked your fan curve in MSI Afterburner?

 

 

Settings - Fan - "Enable user defined software automatic fan control"

yea I even tried to use just a stable value and it dos'nt change
