A 520w is indeed enough for a single 770.

What country are you from and what is your budget? The HCG-520/620M is a solid budget unit based on the Seasonic S12Ii/M12II Bronze platform; however, it's very poorly price (at least in the US at Newegg). You probably able to get a better unit for your system.

520W is more than enough, if you want to future proof, get a 750W if you're going to SLI later on.

the 520w is 89 dollars whereas the 620w is 112dollars, there really isnt that much in between these prices especially haswell certified ones

Basically, you are from the US? Seeing how it is $89.99 at Newegg before shipping: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371058

If so, my recommendation is this: http://www.amazon.com/SeaSonic-550-Watt-CrossFire-Certified-SSR-550RM/dp/B00918MEZG

Edit: Hmm, the 620M is $89.99 too though... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371059

So unless you are buying from another store (which I still would recommend the Seasonic G SSR-550RM over of them either way), you are from another country. I had asked where are you from, so I know what is available to you at what price point (you could also give me a link to where you are able to buy from). This would be easier to give a recommendation.

Over the HCG-620M, I would recommend the Seasonic G SSR-550RM: http://www.mwave.com.au/product/sku-aa49474-seasonic_g_series_550w_power_supply_atx_eps_80plus

or the Super Flower Golden Green 600w: http://www.itestate.com.au/pages/product/pdt_product_detail.faces?BeanName=productDetailAction&pcode=16156

They are both DC-DC regulated PSU, which would offer better voltage regulation, than the group-regulated S12II unit that is the HCG-520/620.

The Antec VP550P is an excellent unit as well that's indy-regulated as well made by Delta Electronics for $80 AUD.

The only problem with this unit is that the fan may be noisy and the multi-color cabling isn't sleeved other than the 24-pin.

A 520 would give you enough power but you would be pushing it a bit you want to have some head room with your power personally I would suggest you get the 620

But NCIX has some pretty good deal on power supplys right now and you might be able to get a good deal on something from fractal, corsair, seasonic, corsair and evga there all great brands and I would suggest any of there power supply's as long as there 80+ units

520W it really is more than enough for a 770 and i5 + OC. but i would get the seasonic g 550. a better unit overall, even better than the antec 620. but if you have acces to a super flower, just get it !
