29" Ultra wide or 3x 23" Monitors

Tegdim

Hey guys.

I'm having a dilemma as to whether I should buy an ultra wide monitor or not.

I currently run 2x 23" AOC monitors and thinking about going for a 3rd instead.

What are your thoughts on this?

Rig:

Core i7-4790k

GTX 970

16gb DDR3 Ram

ASRock Z97 Anniversary

Cooler Master liquid cooling

NZXT H440

2tb hdd

128GB SSD

3 monitors imo. you have bigger space on your desktop, and Games (Specifically Racing games) look amazing with triple monitors.

I would get the Ultrawide and run it as your main monitor and just have the 2 AOCs as secondary monitors for extra tasks while gaming and what not.

[CPU-i5 4690k] [MB-Asus Maximus VII Hero] [GPU-Asus Matirx 980ti] [Ram-8GB Corsair Vengeance ram] [ Cooling-Corsair H100i/ 3 Noctua NF-P12 for intake] [sSD/HDD-120GB evo/ 1TB WB Caviar blue] [Case-NZXT H440] [Dell U3415W]

I have a 29in Ultrawide and wouldn't trade it for the world. a 29in ultrawide is close to 2x 23in Monitors, so you could buy an ultrawide and flank it with your two current monitors for a good experience. Normal 16:9 triple monitors gives too much in the way of vertical bars.

NCASE M1 i5-9600k  GTX 1080 FE Z370N-WIFI SF600 NH-U9S LPX 32GB 960EVO

I'm a self-identifying Corsair Nvidia Fanboy; Get over it.

My idea was to sell the 2x 23in's to afford the ultrawide. I've found a few around my area for good prices. Which do you have/recommend?

Anything from LG works exceptionally. I cant remember the exact name of the model I have though, but they're all basically the same.

Something like this?  https://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/29-LG-UltraWide-IPS-LED-Monitor-For-Optimal-Multitasking/24348329

Works out to be around $465 USD. Not sure if it's a good price or not.
