It has a CPU check list on their website.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

It would depend on the fans your using since the higher RPM and pressure fans will give more cooling peformance than say lesser ones. In general it's more of what is safe, if you notice fluid temps creep past 60 C usually that's a good indicator since you want to keep it below that for the pump's sake.

Do you know about how many watts would do that?

Thanks

I wouldn't know the exact amount since it would vary based on the fans, but for a dual 140mm it should be very capable of cooling 200W of heat while still being fairly quiet.

So a peltier that throws out 200tdp can not effectively cool a 5960X?

I've not tried Peltier cooling yet so I'm not sure, most Peltier cooler setups I've seen normally have massive radiator loops to cool custom Peltier waterblocks, a normal waterblock isn't as efficient at cooling the rather large Peltiers out there.
