is Antec Formula 6 electrically conductive?

i should start looking into thermal paste more, i do want to know if i can get lower temps if so

One thing to note with all diamond pastes is that when you remove it by wiping off, it might scratch your heatsink and/or CPU.

 

Not sure of other diamond pastes but I do know that IC Diamond does that because I experienced it first hand.
