There are some definite problems in my opinion with this build. The Seasonic PSU I don't necessarily trust (thats just me), in my opinion I think you should opt for the Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler. And finally for your monitor, I don't know much about Samsung but suggest you do a little bit more researching and pick out a different monitor. And do you plan to overclock? If not I suggest getting the standard i7-6700.

Eh, moving on. When you say you don´t have a budget, do you mean no spending limit? Or the build represents the total amount you can spend?

I'd go with a 980ti if possible, and 16gbs of ram if you stream.

Uhh if you have 0 left then you also don't have any purchasing power left, so I'm not sure what you want us to suggest to you.

As in, will it be able to stream and/or record? Then yes, it will be able to do those things. Though, you will probably want 16GB ram for that use case.

Wouldn´t do it. Personally, I´d get a 390 over the 970 if you don´t need cuda.

If you have 0 budget why are you going skylake with a 6700K?

in any case the Xeon 1231v3 + 390 will be about the best you can do for that budget seemingly, the 390 is faster overall than the 970 and looks to have better overall DX12/Vulkan support

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
