Hey Guys!

Had a friend who needs a new general purpose (bit of video editing laptop), any idea what he can get on a $650 budget? No specific features needed, OS must be windows.

No preferred company.

Video editing  there are a lot

there is the HP 15-p030nr Beats Special Edition  with AMD A8 8gb of ram and a 1tb HDD great for editing

Acer Aspire 15.6 with a core i5 5200u 940m GPU 8gb ram and 1tb hdd

dell inspiron 15 i5 ulv 5th gen 820m gpu 4gb ram  500gb HDD

there are more video editing laptops under 650 on amazon that's where I buy my laptops
