What's the most graphically demanding PC game you've played?

Tomb Raider is surprisingly demanding.  I'm just above the lowest settings and I still have dips below 20fps in the cutscenes.  Sure, the 560-Ti is old, but still.  I'd say it's on par with Crysis 2.

Arma is a terribly optimized game so its pretty hard to max at 1440p.

But crysis and metro LL are near impossible. I just take off FXAA and im usually good

I would have to say Crysis 3 because it's not poorly optimised, it's actually just difficult to run unlike Skyrim with mods or Metro

I'm surprised you get dips that low? I'm maxing it out on a 7870 and getting 35 dips on a very rare occasion and usually sitting at about 55

Hmm, interesting.  I don't dip that low during gameplay really, only in the cinematic action scenes.  In-game I think I hover around 45-50.

 

The 7870 is probably quite a bit more powerful than the 560-Ti though.

metro ll is not that demanding, i ran it maxed, 1440 p  @ 60fps with 1 titan 

 try tomb raider maxed out with tress fx enabled , my titan struggled to get 55 fps at 1440p

That's not graphically demanding, Just poorly optimized

Yeah, it's the only game I dip below 60 fps on full Ultra. I hope the full release (due any day) includes a little optimisation. Pie in the Sky thinking, I know.
