Probably. However, it's not worth the trouble to do so since the R7 265 is just an overclocked 7850.

Not really, they're the same exact chip. One is just clocked higher. Just OC the 7850 by a marginal amount and you'll have the same overall performance.

Not quite what I meant. but the picture does the trick. If I am right in thinking that is the 7850 OC then it's the custom PCB version. I don't know of a custom PCB 265 from sapphire using the same design.

Well yes if you flash a bios for a different pcb then it wont work
