Do you exercise?

I'm just curious, only asking because I've been a lazy mofo recently. I really want to get more fit but I don't know where to start.

Weight lifting is a really easy way to start.  It doesn't have the intimidation of running and it's actually quite fun if you can find a buddy to lift with you.  Otherwise, find some earbuds and go running.

Nope, other than walking between classes, to and from my car, and a little after school, not really.

Go running, weight lifting is good but it does not condition your body or your vital parts such as lungs and heart, especially legs too.

I exercise 3 days week nowadays. Used to do more, but I'm currently busy with school and stuff. I started out a couple years ago following this: http://m.imgur.com/gallery/FkVrO and then went on from there.

two sets of 50 pushups every night

takes just a couple minutes but over time you build up a lot of muscle

If schedule is an issue, just do some pushups before sleeping, and after waking up.

I'm about 6ft and only 140lbs.

It's a very reasonable weight for your height.

 

Lowest I've been at my height was 230 and I was pretty average.

 

 

Yup. It's crazy.. so many people feel insecure for being fat and then there's me who wishes I was a little chubby. ;)

I swim daily for a team, I run daily because fitness. I'm 5'11" and I'm 160lb. Hope this helps (btw 15 years old)

My chest though... hardest to develop...

 

I need real weights so that's what i will do next, going mental on push ups does not build my chest :/

I nearly grew a foot a couple summers ago and that's what really thinned me out and I tend to not eat much.. it is physically hard for me to eat a lot of food.

Start lifting when you have stopped growing you have a long time to go mate, i'm 26.. i have an excuse.
