Yes, I eat a bowl of refried beans.  I then go to the bathroom, and about 20 minutes after that workout I flush.

6' here, 130-140 Lbs depending on meal.

Doctors said I have very low amounts of fat.

Metabolism is very high.

 

I don't actively exercise. I'm just very active.

 

I bike at least 2 hours every other day during the summer, and ski / snowboard every day I can during the winter.

Its cool, because I have a good six pack, and don't do anything special to maintain it.

I should start going to the gym, and try lifting weights... but no time.

 

How did i get like this?

Genetics. Most of my mother's family is very skinny.
