I was looking at a possible upgrade and wondered if it is possible, and if performance would be improved by getting a second 760 wind force?

Thabkyou for the help!

I wouldn't go for two 760's. Sell it and get the best possible GPU you can wheter that be a 960 970 etc.

See my Build here!

Intel 6700k -  Strix GTX 1080Ti - Corsair AX760 - Corsair Dominator 16GB 3000MHz - ASUS Maximus VIII Hero

Seagate Barracuda 1TB -  Samsung 120GB 840 - Samsung 840 EVO 250GB - Corsair H100i - Corsair Air 540 White -

Corsair AF120 - 2x Noctua NF-F12 - 3 x Noctua NF-S12

I would not upgrade to a 960 from a 760, unless perhaps if you are going from a 2 GB 760 to a 4 GB 960. If you can, upgrade to a 970. Only get a 2nd 760 if you can get a really good deal on it. I would think that 760 prices would be too high in most cases now because they were phased out.

I'd wait a few months for the 14/16 nm gpus, as I imagine you'll be able to get a really nice bump in performance in the $200-$250 range, probably R9 390 performance or better. It's not like the 760 sucks right now anyways, it's still a pretty capable 1080p gpu.

Thankyou for the advice. I'll have a look into what other cards I could buy
