Help with overclocking

Hello! Needing some help with over clocking my CPU , I need some advice on my suggested limits i can go up to , anything I should be careful/aware of. Any advice is greatly appreciated !

 

My specs: 

 

- AMD FX-8350

- Cooler Master hyper 212 evo 

- GTX 970 (palit jetstream)

- 1TB seagate barracuda HDD

- 1x8GB HyperX FURY Series DDR3 1600MHz

- MSI 970A Sli Krait Edition USB 3.1 Motherboard

- 500w EVGA PSU

- NZXT h440 case

Ehhh with that power supply I would keep it at stock, if you had a 750watt power supply that would be another story. I had my FX 6300 and GTX 760 with my 500watt EVGA PSU (same model I believe) and was pulling just over 400watts under load. Look at getting a new power supply before trying to overclock that system :)
