  1. Hello All, Recently I've been having issues with my GPU and between some crossroads of what to do. My far-right GPU fan has recently been making this vibrating/grinding sound. It is pretty much only when the fans shoot up to around 70%rpm while gaming, but it makes an annoying sound. I was thinking of returning the item as it's still under warranty, however, I'm gauging whether being without a graphics card for a minimum of a month is worth it. If I live with the fan making the noise, will my card get damaged further, or is it not that big of a deal?
  2. Update: I think my Razer software might have been causing the disconnect issues, or possibly it is my mother board. Either way, buying a new wireless mouse and plugging it the front of my PC seemed to fix this.
  3. I have razer chroma DeathAdder and a razer DeathAdder 2013, and both of these disconnect. I've even uninstalled the Razer software that controls the RGB and dpi. Still no luck.
  4. I have a 7900xt with my 7800x3d and it works like a treat. I recommend taking the time to save for a good GPU and CPU combo so there is no extra performance left on the table. the 7800x3d is overkill for anything less than a 7800xt tbh.
  5. Hi all, I have been having issues with my new PC build for a while now. My specs: - AMD 7800x3d - Lian Li Galahad II Trinity SL-INF 61.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler - Asus PRIME X670E-PRO WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard - Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO ATX Mid Tower Case - Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 Snow 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply - (x9) Lian Li Uni Fan SL-Infinity 61.3 CFM 120 mm Fans - Crucial P5 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive - Adata XPG Lancer RGB 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6400MHz (PC5-51200) CL32 1.4V ECC XMP 3.0 PMIC DIMM Memory White - Gigabyte Radeon RX 7900 XT Gaming OC 20G Graphics Card, 3X WINDFORCE Fans, 20GB 320-bit GDDR6, GV-R79XTGAMING OC-20GD Video Card I've been running into an issue where my mouse randomly freezes on the screen, it's completely infrequent and will happen sometimes when I play games and sometimes when I'm just scrolling online. The only way I can move my mouse on the screen again is if I disconnect and reconnect it from the USB port, I've tested two different wired mice and the issue persists. When the mouse freezes there is no windows disconnect sound either. So far I have tried the following: 1. editing my power plan options to high-performance 2. trying every USB port on my motherboard 3. disabling the USB selective suspend setting 4. Unticking all USB root hub power management settings to turn off the device to save power 5. trying another wired mouse I'm out of ideas besides purchasing another motherboard, but I'd like to exhaust every option before I do this. Any ideas for a fix? Edit: 6. I have also tried to wipe and reinstall the drivers from the mouse multiple times.
  6. I managed to figure out the issue, I didn't press the ram in hard enough
  7. I've kept my hard-drive and that already had windows on it, I was only changing those three things on my system.
  8. Hi, recently upgraded my CPU, Mobo and RAM. Tried to boot for the first time and the PC turns on and the fans spin but no video output for some reason. - Intel i5-7600 - GTX 970 (palit jetstream) - 1TB seagate barracuda HDD - 1x8GB Corsair Vengence LPX DDR4 2400MHz - ASUS STRIX B250F GAMING Motherboard - 500w EVGA PSU - NZXT h440 case I'm really unsure what to do , any ideas?
  9. Sadly Ive already opened the motherboard and I haven't purchased the CPU yet, so id need a suggestion for the intel chipset.
  10. Currently running a GTX 970 (palit jetstream) and what processor would you suggest to replace my current one (Not looking to spend over £170)?
  11. Hi Recently bought some new parts for my PC to replace the older ones, just wanted to ask if this will be enough to run GTA 5 smoothly at 60fps 1080p as my current spec pc sits around the 45-50 fps mark. My current specs : - AMD FX-8350 - Cooler Master hyper 212 evo - GTX 970 (palit jetstream) - 1TB seagate barracuda HDD - 1x8GB HyperX FURY Series DDR3 1600MHz - MSI 970A Sli Krait Edition USB 3.1 Motherboard - 500w EVGA PSU - NZXT h440 case New parts: - Corsair Vengeance LPX (1x8 GB) DDR4 2400 MHz - ASUS STRIX B250F GAMING Motherboard - Intel Core i5-7600 3.5 GHz QuadCore 6 Mb Cache CPU - Black
  12. Just did a bench mark test , on MSI Kombustor. I fished the benchmark but my pc switched off directly after it. Got 271 FPS , and a score of 16315.
  13. Graphics card and MOBO idles in the 40's (degrees Celsius) , and my CPU sits in mid 30's. Cant really get load temps as i cant even open a game without the PC switching off..
