How to overclock intel pentium g3285 withg3285 h81m p33

Not going to happen on a non-overclockable chipset.

You need a "Z" series chipset MOBO supporting socket LGA-1150 for that Pentium in order to OC.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

You can overclock the G3258 on H81 boards. I was able to on mine.

If your BIOS version is old enough, and you do not update it, and you do not run Windows 10, you may still be able to overclock on a non-Z board.  But Intel has strongarmed most of the board manufactuers into disabling full overclocking on non-Z boards.

If your BIOS shows microcode 19 forget about overclocking with that board.
