Asrock fatal1ty z87 killer or z97 performance?

Does anyone have experience with either of these boards and if anyone could give a view one the positives and negatives of each. They both seem reasonably priced and packed with features, as well as fitting my colour scheme. If anyone does have helpful advice on this matter please post below.

I would personally go with the killer because it seems to have more and better reviews, however if you are concerned with features the best way to decide is to compare the two and decide which one has the features that you need.

I have a z87 oc formula mobo (this is one of their high end ones) and it has no issues, it is over a year old and still going strong.

my audio has been great for the 6 months ive had it (z97E-ITX/ac).. also z97 really has nothing over z87...(unless your gonna get a fast m.2 drive..)

is the m.2 really much faster on z97 over z87

I have one but a Z77 (Ivy Bridge)

 

No issues ever, have it for 4 years now.
