Best build ever.. We use the 2 in 1 in our company so we have two workstations at once. With max Performance.

So my big big mega please to you Linus. I will made an Oculus Booth in November at a LAN Party in the near. So it is possible to made 2 or 4 Oculus on 1 Tower build?

Something like so?

What's the coil whine like with 7 R9 Nanos?

Are they all consistent with each other or are some better than others?

I ask because I'm currently playing the GPU lottery, my first Nano is really noisy and I'm waiting on the second. I love the card but don't think I can tolerate the noise in game (it's bearable when idle but still audible).

I have 3 "Oculus" purposed VM's on 1 box. I only have 1 Oculus, so I move it between the VM's. I'm using ESXi 6.0 with HD6450's passed through. I gave 2 cores & 4GB to the VM's running Win7.

I had originally tried the Oculus on a standalone box with a p4 quad & 6 GB and the same GPU, it was lagging bad. The VM with 2 cores from the i7 is much better.

Make an oil rig out of it. Put some real life sized shark decorations in it and et voilà!

Across all companies there is this thing called: invest in something and get the most income out of it. And that is legimate. (You go to work to earn money too, the higher your limited time gets paid, the more income you have). So to speak, theres something with the quality of the used coils. Add someone from the controlling who tells the engineer, that a conductor, coil etc. for half a cent cheaper makes more income in the mass, and there you have it: vibrating coils in their housing. Some GTX 970s (personally had this) and 980s (got this info while searching for GTX 970 whining) had this problem too, but it might as well be just a charge of "non-optimum coils", which were built into GPUs, so you hear this high frequence noise which sound like a whine.

I have used vmware like twice, but could you in software configure this so that you reduce the gaming specs (allocate less ram, cpu, gpu capacity) and fit even more gamers on there?

The limitation is the number of dedicated GPUs you can fit on one motherboard, and seemingly the limit is 7 (PCIe slots)

This is not true. We (octane render community) have computers on Amfeltec splitters and Supermicro boards with 11-13 GPUs. I've started building a watercooled 8x 980Ti on a single slot customized cards with 3200W PSU. Hope to post more details soon.

No, technically it's 7 gamers 2 cpus.

No, it just so happened that CPUs only had a single core. That doesn't make that it a defining characteristic of a core/cpu.

By that logic a 4790k is 32 cpus since when I was younger a cpu was a single thread running at 1ghz~.

I have to listen to all of this BS my teacher teaches us how one core/thread=one cpu...

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
