Gaming and rendering build with 980ti, advice?

Motivation: Hi, I'm looking to build a new powerful gaming tower to replace an aging gaming laptop. I had been eyeing a desktop for a few years, but when my 775mx laptop couldn't run fallout 4 well I decided to build a tower. I'm looking to play Skyrim and Fallout 4 with texture packs + ENB and the Witcher 3 maxed at 1440p.

Location: I live in the United States

Budget: 1900-2400

CPU Cooler Corsair H110i GT 113.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler | $109.99 @ Newegg

Motherboard Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard | $117.98 @ Newegg

Case Corsair 760T White V2 ATX Full Tower Case | $179.99 @ Amazon

Monitor QNIX QX2710 Matte 60Hz 27.0" Monitor] | $269.99 @ Newegg (PcParts can't find it for some reason)

Total - $2322.64

Other Concerns: I like the Black and White aesthetic I have going, but it isn't totally mandatory. I like how the monitor is good for overclocking, it's probably the best for my mission of 100+ fps @ 1440p. I also really like the Seahawk video card, but if there's a compelling reason not to get it...

note: I couldn't find a way to correctly export the parts list, is there a way to do it better in the future?

The Witcher 3 is very taxing on a system if you ramp all the settings up (including hairworks) You might not even be able to get away with 1 980Ti at 1440p 60FPS.

The XFX is better for its price. SeaSonic OEM' s for the win!

For DDR4, you could get a lot better than 2400 mhz

Would this affect gaming with the current setup? I plan to go SLI in the distant future, would it affect performance then?

Does this mobo have features which are nice? Better bios would be nice, but the price is pretty high? What's good about it?

X99 is far superior to Z170 for features, mainly bandwidth for expansions

X99 chipset. It's actually pretty cheap for an X99 board.

No. Only rendering. And even then, not by a lot.

Ok, I think that Czex's build might be the winner. Does his suggested NZXT S340 have two video card radiators if I chose to g SLI in the future?

Thanks for the two examples about a game I am interested in! Do you think that increases above 2400hz (which was the highest tested in the articles) would still bring performance increases? How high should I go?

For new games to come. who knows. I would grab one of thse:
