IS steam hacked?

I got a message from my friend telling me to remove my credit info on steam. When i went to my account details on steam it was displaying a name of another person with another phone number from Brazil? Are any of you getting any problems? I cant seem to find where to remove my account information just incase. 

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

Me and my friend both have random info for our email etc, I heard to wait it out and not go to the steam website

everyone has this problem now, not sure if glitch or nah

Not sure what is going on.. Thankfully I don't have any money on my Steam or have a credit card attached to Steam or something

Good thing my steam games don't need steam to run anymore, also helps I don't play multiplayer shooters anymore, or have any money or anything on my account.

no it's not a glitch it's obviously working as intended

It does what it's supposed to do, but the server-side languages are struggling to communicate with the database properly and therefore returns values of the wrong user.
