NetBeans built .jar file. Program can no longer access .txt files

Hi.

 

I just built the .jar file for my program. A lot of the information the program is accessing is from .txt files located in the source-folder. Now when I run the .jar file, it cannot find the files. 

Why are not all program-files included in the .jar?
