Hair falling out during shower?

TLDR: Every time I put shampoo in my hair, like 5 or more hair follicles will be left on my hands. More falls out when I dry my hair. (happens less when I get a hair cut)

 

I dont have issues with hair loss or anything, and this has been going on for as long as I can remember. Does it happen to you guys too?

What shampoo? I know this sounds weird, but if you put a lot of chemicals e.g. Gel, different shampoos and conditioners every time. Then they may react with your hair and cause it to do this. 

 

Personally, I lose 5 hairs in the shower, even when I run my hand through my hair I get hair falling out. No biggy, I've lost a lot of hairs in my life and I'm not dead yet <3

When I have longer hair that happens all the time. It is normal as hair does fall out on its own over time but with longer hair the follicle will come out but the hair will get stuck with the rest and come out when you run your fingers through your hair when washing it

People like to blame things like sugar, gluten, etc for their problems. Hair loss is normal. Dogs go through it as well, as any dog owner is well aware of.

look at your bed every morning, for me there's 10-20 hairs on my pillows, its completely natural don't worry about it,

I only loose like 1 hair or 2 a day and that is from me running my hands through it. I don't know about 20 that seems a bit much. Maybe stress

look at your bed every morning, for me there's 10-20 hairs on my pillows, its completely natural don't worry about it, 

Coincidentally, I did notice that when I put my pillow cover in the wash earlier today.
