Small business cloud file/document sharing solutions (Mac and iPad)

I will be setting up multiple new Macs for a local small business. The business is run out of the owners house, 2-3 Macs will be located there, 1 will be located in the warehouse, also each mobile employee will be equipped with 4g enabled iPad.

 

I figured a server based system like he has now will be inefficient, slow, and it will have complications, in fact it already has complications so I want to move his business into the cloud. 

 

What solution is best for this? I was thinking Google Drive would be a good option. From what I have observed, he needs to send out daily schedules to his employees, his employees need to send him invoices and possibly pictures, and this all has to be very seamless and easy because none of them are all that tech savvy

It's all preference tbh. I like Dropbox a lot. Auto upload / download. Some people prefer Google Drive. Some like Box.

 

I would just try out different Cloud storage solutions.
