Which graphics card should I get?

I am about to buy myself a new graphics card for Christmas but I don't know which one should I get... So far I always went with nVidia and I am extremely happy with them. Their MID range gpus (#50s) ran the most demanding games on Full HD mid - high settings.. but my GTX650 is a bit too old now since it has only 1 gig of vram...

 

 

I have these 2 gpus:

 

Asus NVIDIA GTX 950 2GB

or 

Sapphire R7 370 NITRO, Dual-X OC, 4GB GDDR5

 

I would have already bought the nVidia one if the AMD one didn't have 4 gigs of vram which is amazing and really attractive to me.. I've seen that GTX950 runs all game better but it was being compared with the 2gig not-oced version...  so rly I have no idea what should I get atm. They're almost the same price.. and shall I mention that I have an AMD CPU on an ASUS MBO

 

 

EDIT: My budget is very very strict, can't spend a single penny more on this purchase

yes - currently the XFX 380 is 150$ - cheaper than some 950s

Unfortunately I'm from Europe and all computer parts are like 30% more expensive than they are in America.. for example a 950 is $220, and a R7 370 is $210

He lives in Croatia. I don´t know if they got a price cut though.

 

If you must buy one of the two above I´d go for the R7 370 just because of the more VRAM. Of course the GTX950 is a much newer chip and will feature HDMI2.0. But as long as you won´t hook it up to a 4K 60Hz TV you´ll be fine.

It says 380 that´s true but just 2GB version... with his budget this might be a tough decision.

Then go buy the R7 370 with 4GB if you need a GPU rightr now, because it might be your best call.

Get this if possible - a bit over budget but that's 35% faster than a 950. Definitely worth it

No don´t be worried AMD GPUs are by far not as bad as their reputation is. That´s just a song a lot of people sing that claim AMD is bad. When it comes to CPUs that´s a different story but GPU are fine.

It's only 2 gigs.. I'm thinking about having this new gpu for at least 2 years I don't wanna run out of VRAM too fast.

you'll be fine - as long as you run without AA and maybe high textures rather than ultra you'll be okay.

Kay then.. I'll wait a few more weeks just in case if there's some new discounts...If not I'll go with the 380..
