Gaming build for 1440x900

Doing some research on my day off (Yay!), and I found that for the games I play, the builds I've been looking at are waaaaaaay more than I need. The monitor I have now is 1440x900 which I know is a popular resolution for light gaming, and I want to build a system around that. I'd like it to be upgradable and no more that $700. The games I play are DOTA 2, CS:GO, hopefully some sports and racing games (FIFA 16, Dirt rally etc), Minecraft, Wurm Online, DDO, Some MMO's, and some indie games. I don't want an overkill build that I won't need to spend a million dollars on like the other build's I've created. If the 950 can hit 45 FPS at max settings on 1080p at make settings on GTA5, I bet you guys can find a cheaper card :P (Might go for that one though). Thanks for the help guys! And I'm making builds right now but always go over :P
