Big big big bottlenecks.

Well I just purchased a GTX 950, I haven't installed it yet as I have to mod my case for it to fit. I was just wondering what bottle necks would occur when I put it into my C2D E7500 PC which has a PciE 1.0 16x slot. I know that a 16x 1.0 is the equivalent to a 4x 3.0 and the bottlenecks won't be too bad, it is just the cpu I'm worried about ad what games at what settings I would be able to play,
