How to get a refund on Steam?

Hello Forum,

 

As you read in the title, I want a refund for a game in my Steam Library. I know the Terms and Conditions say it should be less than 14 days old and less than 2 hours played or something. I just activated it yesterday and haven't played it. So how do I go about getting a refund? Will the money go to my Steam Wallet? I live in India FYI. @ShadowCaptain @NeatSquidYT

You can request a refund from there after you login, and there is no ticket involved

That game doesn't show because I got it as a key. It only says 'Retail'. I didn't find an option for refund. For any game for that matter.

I know you can't since you played it for a certain amount of time, so the refund is disabled for that game.

i've read the page, there's no option to get a refund for any game, its not a gift, i didnt buy off G2a, i bought it off my friend. funny thing is  there's no "key option" in the games page.

idk, i have an option to get a refund on a game i bought ages ago as a gift, but i dont have the option to get a refund for a game i bought last month on steam.
