fallout 4 language help

So i finaly finished downloading fallout 4 (not from steam) and it works but the text is in russian and i can't speak russian. the voices however are in english but i want the text in english as well. i have tried messing with the configs but it always crashes 

probably because you pirated it.

Go to where you pirated it and find out how to do it. Don't ask the community to help you with your pirated game.
