Having run one of each (250GB) in RAID0 for a few months, I can say that the drive health of my 850 Evo is at 97% and my BX100 is still at 100%. Take those figures with a spoon of salt though.

Samsung 850 EVO, Mushkin Chronos G2, Crucial MX200, Kingston HyperX Savage and SanDisk Ultra II are really good SSD's.

honestly almost all SSD's are good, just stay away from the Kingston ones, especially the V300's

850 evo is better, but the crucial SSDs are definitely not bad

the best brands are intel, samsung and crucial, so you cant go wrong with either one

Crucial does the best all-round drives, I've found.

Adata's drives are also very good for the money.
