Do you include the use of emulators? Because I think some SNES or PS2 ones are kinda good.

I am not sure if the first two Battlefront games are on PC, but I remember them being fun. the LEGO Star Wars games are fun too, but not sure if on PC.

Jedi Academy is pretty damn good but its a bit old now.

I definitely could use emulator as far as it is not first person shooter, because I found playing fps games being pain in the ass on emulator via gamepad >.<

Star Wars: The Old Republic (online), Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic + Knights of the Old Republic II, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and Star Wars Jedi Knights: Jedi Academy. I would also suggest Star Wars: Dark Forces. I really like that one.

Tie Fighter and X-Wing Alliance. Two of the best Star Wars games ever created and they still hold up marvellously today. You can get them from GOG.com.
