Maybe getting a new GPU, PSU, and cables?

As black friday/cyber Monday approaches I'm hoping to get a MSI R9 380 4G?

Reason I cant get a 390 is because i'll be buying a PSU too

But I also want some Colored cables in the future?

Would this psu work with colored Extension Sleeved cables?

 

Also is this enough for a i7 4790k and a 380?

Thats a bad psu I wouldnt get it a get a g2 or a p2 from evga cablemod sells cables for them too

The NEX series from EVGA is like the CX series from Corsair, avoid them and go with an EVGA GS/G2 550W instead. Enough wattage to run a 390. And yes, the PSU me and @ThatOneRussian supports custom cables and would run a 380 and an i7 just fine.

Looks good, as others have said that PSU will even support 390 if you ever go to one.

The XFX XTR is basically the same thing as the EVGA GS for cheaper, and it has CableMod cables available for it (uses Seasonic cables). http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550bbefx
