I wouldn't buy it if the warranty isn't transferable when EVGA often has 970s for $250 with a one year warranty in their B-Stock sales.

I would get a used 390 if you can find one. Also if he went down from 290 i wouldnt even touch it

I would go down to 230

personally I would go with a used 290x which go for ~$160

that's a good price, but it's never wrong to try and lower the price.

check the whole card througly, and try to find anything unusual(dust, scratches) that could help you lower the price

Dang, nice deal. Even on CL in my area everyone advertises for $250 for an aftermarket 290.
