I normally try not to but I have other purchases to make and I allotted 320$ for graphics card which is Farley firm price enless I drop SSD from new build

Definitely the PCS+. The 290/x pcs+ models were one of the best 290/x. This just has a different look to it. Careful though, this card's default fan profile is really aggressive. You'll want to have your own fan profile.

When it comes to 390 brands my list would look something like this Sapphire>MSI>PowerColor>Asus, atleast for the brands mentioned in here, the ASUS really isnt all that good compared the the rest. If the Sapphire is only 20$ more than the ASUS or PowerColor, i would 100% spend the 20$ and get that.
