How to burn movies on to a dvd windows 8

Im trying to burn a couple of movies i have made for my family on to some dvd's so they can watch my movies but... microsoft being the retards they are removed the freaking windows dvd maker in windows 8

 

so doe anyone know any software that is good for dumping a video file int to then creates the dvd?

They removed it because there were better free options available, why would any one use that, it was so bad...

Not sure. An alternative would be to split the video file into 2-3 equal parts, then burn those individually.
